Professor M.L. HANDA "MAITREYA", The Founder

THE COSMIC WAY was founded formally by "Maitreya" on August 16, 1987-- although work was going on in this direction since 1984.  The real life name of "Maitreya"is M.L. Handa who was a Professor at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (O.I.S.E.), University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  Following the age old tradition that with spiritual experience and re-birth one feels compelled to leave a lot of the old including the name given at physical birth by parents and society, the founder of Cosmic Way has chosen the name "MAITREYA"-literally meaning a "FRIEND"--for purposes of spiritual work "Maitreya".

COSMIC WAY is the way of Oneness Of All Things.  

It is A WAY for Personal and Social Transformation.

It is A Way for Peace and Enlightenment on Earth.
